Purchases made from our LIVE shows will be  packaged and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders will be ready to ship in 3-8 Weeks from the date of your purchase.The ready to ship items are shipped on the next business day of purchase. Shipping times are estimated below.

Shipping Times will vary based on your location, however, other factors can affect shipping (such as holidays).

- To Canada:  4-8 business days

- To United States of America: 4-10 Business days

- To Other Countries: 2-4 Weeks 

Orders shipped within Canada will be Canada Post, Orders shipped to United States of America or any Other Country will be USPS.

 

Shipping Is FREE to Canada & the United States of America

Shipping to any other county can be calculated during check out when your address is keyed in.

 

Tracking Numbers

All orders ship with a tracking number. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Taxes & Duty

If you are outside of North America or Canada, it will be up to you to know that there may be taxes or duty applied to your order. You will be responsible for these costs when your order arrives. We will not accept returns of Custom Items due to taxes or duty charges.

How do I know when my item has been shipped?

When you have checked out you will be given a tracking number and with that you can check the status of your package at any time of day.
